What Is Your Purpose?

Being alive means you will undoubtedly be faced with problems. The key is to stay focused on your purpose when things start falling apart. You cannot control what happens around you. You cannot control what people do, but you can control the way you respond.
Life isn’t easy, but life with a purpose keeps you grounded in your reason for being. It’s essential to stay focused on your purpose no matter what happens around you and then respond accordingly. The good news is no one can take your purpose away.

What Eats You?

To have a healthy and long life, we all know we need to take care of ourselves. We all know we need to eat right and exercise, but there’s another key factor to consider for a healthy life, and that is an emotional disease.

It’s not what you eat that is important. It’s what eats you that makes all the difference. You can eat the healthiest food, but if your body is filled with worry and resentment it is going to shorten your life, and the life that you currently have will be filled with bitterness. So, don’t worry and enjoy a crunchy carrot on me!

Weeding Mentality

If you have a garden, you know the importance of weeding. Weeds will always sprout if you leave the soil unattended. Weeding is an ongoing effort. You can spend hours weeding, but don’t be surprised how quickly weeds sprout up. We need a weeding mentality to have good thoughts.
Judgmental and indifferent thoughts are like weeds, and they can take over our mind. What kind of thoughts do you have? Are you quick to condemn or judge? We can heel ourselves by uprooting our negative thoughts. I don’t know about you, but I prefer flowers over weeds.

Failure is a Fact

We all idolize success and consider failure to be unacceptable, but the reality is humans are not perfect. Pressure to be exceptional creates stress in our lives. The fear of failure can paralyze us, or make us a workaholic. By being afraid to fail we avoid all risks, but we all make mistakes. There is no one on earth who is right or perfect all the time.

For many, fear of failure has a strong grip on our well-being. Even some of the smartest people in the world are impacted by the fear of failure. So, don’t play it safe and be afraid to make mistakes because that is a failure too! Just pick yourself back up and get back in the game. Remember, there is never a failure unless you quit.

Tragic Procrastination

Everyone has a dream and to live a life with unfulfilled dreams is a tragedy. Our dreams may be hidden deep inside us, but we all have wishes and ambitions. Most dreams never come true because we’re not willing to take the necessary risks to reach them.

It’s not that we’re not smart enough or strong enough. We talk about our dreams and plan them, but we never take the risk to do anything. Some people avoid the tasks which need to be accomplished for achieving their dream. Not me, I am training hard for my dream to come true and so should you!
